Much has been researched on how to effectively execute organisational strategies, beginning with Peter Drucker’s work and ongoing work at Harvard University along with consulting and training organisations.
Yet in spite this plethora of data and information, the ability to effectively execute still eludes most organisations. Since organisations are comprised of people, it is fair to suggest the majority of people fail to successfully execute their strategies, goals and objectives.
