As coaches many clients come to us in order to ‘get results’; from loosing weight, to making higher income, from changing jobs, to learning how to handle difficult situations. We love a results orientation.
However, in recent years there has been some valid criticism of setting goals as the way to achieve results. Some authors are saying setting goals are not enough – and let’s be honest haven’t we all set goals we have not achieved at some point?
