These guys were sharp indeed—there was no shortage of brainpower in the C-suite—yet there was a vacuum of wisdom, and that vacuum contributed to the fall of the organisation.
We all have the capacity to be spontaneously wise, however for most people wisdom is cultivated through experiences from which meaningful growth is derived.
